📄 Return & Refund Policy – Eliteez

At Eliteez, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.


🔹 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded (unless defective or incorrect).


🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Undergarments, socks, or hygiene-related products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence

  • Customized or personalized products


🔹 3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  • Ship the item back using a reliable courier service.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


🔹 4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Rs. 400 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and logistics charges.

  • Refunds are processed after the parcel reaches our warehouse (normally 3–4 working days).

Refund methods:

  • Store Credit / Coupon (fastest & preferred method)

  • Bank Transfer / Wallet Refund (for prepaid orders; may take 5–7 working days)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer after verification.


🔹 5. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange for a different size or product (subject to stock availability).

  • A Rs. 450 exchange charge must be paid to process the exchange.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund instead.


🔹 6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear pictures.

  • In such cases, Eliteez will bear the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no additional charge.
