• Remote or out-of-service areas may require additional delivery time.

• Karachi & Major Cities: 2–4 working days

• Other Cities: 3–7 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 working days
  ⚠️ Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.

🔹 3. Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate: PKR 200 (nationwide)

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders.

🔹 4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD), we may contact you via call/WhatsApp for order verification before dispatch.

🔹 5. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

• You can track your parcel on the courier partner’s website.

🔹 6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Please ensure availability at the delivery address and keep the exact amount ready.

• If a COD order is refused upon delivery without valid reason, we may restrict future COD orders from the same customer.

• If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with our courier partner.

• In such cases, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
